Good experience overall for samples
I ordered a few samples to check out their quality: a heavy oversized t-shirt, a boxy fit hoodie, and an organic cotton t-shirt. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site, easy to upload designs and pick colors. Shipping took about a week to the West Coast, which is reasonable for custom items. The heavy oversized t-shirt was excellent, really thick cotton. The boxy fit hoodie was also good, soft inside. The organic cotton t-shirt felt a bit thinner than expected, but still decent. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about print placement before production. Overall, a solid choice for custom apparel.
